Terms of Service

1. The Service

ikloz is a software platform that helps you run outreach on LinkedIn — importing leads, sending connection requests and messages, and using AI to assist with replies. ikloz connects to your LinkedIn account through a third-party provider (Unipile) so it can act on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or entity per account unless a team plan is in place.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate LinkedIn’s User Agreement or any third-party platform’s terms;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or content that is deceptive, harassing, or unlawful;
• scrape, collect, or process personal data unlawfully, or in breach of applicable data-protection law;
• exceed the sending limits configured for your account or attempt to bypass rate limits and safety controls;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its APIs.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable law (including anti-spam and data-protection rules) and with LinkedIn’s terms. Using automation on LinkedIn carries inherent risk, including account restriction by LinkedIn; you accept that risk.

4. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed per connected LinkedIn account (per “seat”) on the term you select, via Stripe.
• New workspaces may receive a free trial for the first account; additional accounts are billed immediately.
• Adding a seat mid-cycle is charged on a prorated basis. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the data you import and the messages you create. You grant ikloz the rights needed to operate the Service (storing, processing, and transmitting that data on your behalf). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (including LinkedIn, Unipile, Stripe, and AI providers). We are not responsible for those services’ availability or actions, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, particular results from your outreach, or that LinkedIn will not restrict an account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ikloz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? support@ikloz.com.
